报错原因是网站服务器不稳定，尝试修改了代码和配置，均无效（需要动的代码有点多）。
另辟思路：
将要下载的文件放到自己的网站上。
然后修改一下config.ini文件，再试试。
没有回来更新就是解决了。

就记得有禁网的参数，以为被替换掉了。

发现有关网的变量；
